Responsibilities of the Call Centre Advisor / Telesales Advisor

  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers
  • Building great rapport with all customers
  • Manage the expectation of the customers
  • Assess and screen potential clients
  • Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

Requirements of the Contact Centre Advisor / Telesales Advisor

  • Experience in a call centre and/or technical support role
  • Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational & negotiating skills
  • Reliable and flexible



Job description

Your job will consist in providing personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential as well as knowledge of computer office software including desktop publishing, spreadsheet creation, and database management programs. Accurate typing and proofreading ability along with professional telephone etiquette are required. The personal traits of maturity, dependability, professionalism, attention to detail, and maintaining client confidentiality are also essential.

The ability to multi-task and cope politely with interruptions is also important.

Any accounting or finance  experience would be a bonus.

​Latif International is seeking to appoint a Sales Manager for both new business and account manage current clients for increased sales for our fine arts department. These include Islamic and oriental objects, manuscripts, fine arts and antique textile and rugs.

​Your Role:
– Manage existing client accounts by increasing sales revenue
– Review potential areas of growth and create a plan to target these markets while considering potential revenue growth, cost of sale and number of sales team required
– You will be in charge of all sales material required, presentations and images

​Your Skills:

– 2 years sales experience in the fine arts industry both wholesale and retail (b2b &b2c)
– Extensive knowledge on Persian rugs, antique and fine rugs
– Knowledge of English language
– Knowledge of Farsi language
– Basic knowledge of Arabic language
– Presentation skills

We offer an annual salary of 38,000.00 GBP / year.
Your base/office will be in our offices in Wembley. Latif House, First Way.
Great views overlooking the Wembley stadium, receptionist and full amenities available
Although your base is in Wembley you will be required to travel to relevant sales meetings in the UK and internationally.

They will have to liaise with clients as well as overseas collectors, trade fairs and museums in order to share the information about each contractual requirement.
